What a weekend of fantastic coffee.
It was coffee coffee coffee at The Apprentice T A F E Ultimo (7th Floor).
And thanks to Belaroma it was party party party afterwards.

- AASCA Cup Tasting: 2:15 PM
- Prize Winners: 4:00 PM
Thanks to Mecca Espresso and Belaroma for investing in the preliminary workshops to encourage and assist all the 21 baristas and latte artists, as well as a strong field of cup tasters.
There will also be sensory skills and cupping courses for interested baristas and members of the public on Saturday.
