Hey, that again was some competition. Again ACT turned out some fantastic coffee and some classy baristas.

Detpak ACT Barista Championship: The standard was the highest we have had over the 9 competitors with the judges from Sydney agreeing that it more than favourably compared with what they had experienced recently in Sydney. We had first-time competitors, as well as, former competitors – including a former ACT Champion, along with some regulars. So to the results:
1 – Hugh Kelly
2 – Sam Cora
3 – Angus Mackie

AASCA Dairy Farmers ACT Latte Art Championship: The pressure seemed to get to all competitors except the winner. The place-getters were:
1 – Angus Mackie
2 – Caleb Evans, on his first attempt
3 – Sam Corra

AASCA ACT Cup Tasting Championship: We had 7 competitors, including 5 with roasting experience. The place-getters were:
1 – Mick Walker
2 – Caleb Evans
3 – Angus Mackie
