The winner of this prestigious title will then earn the chance to compete against the best baristas in Australia with the potential to represent Australia.

With 1000’s of baristas working throughout the coffee chains in Australia every day, making more than 70% of all cups consumed, this will be the first opportunity to expose their talents to Australia and get the recognition that they duly deserve. These baristas are the future of the coffee industry and it is important that they gain exposure at the highest level of competition, ultimately improving them individually with the ability to then take learning’s back to the business.
