Thanks to the Hospitality Studies team at Sydney Institute of TAFE, the NSW Coffee Championships will be held at The Apprentice fine dining restaurant. While this is usually the pre-eminent fine dining training restaurant for Sydney’s emergent chefs and hospitality staff, we will be transforming it to the competition space that fine coffee demands.
The success of previous years, and the role that Sydney TAFE has in developing Sydney’s premier hospitality students, both lend support for this excellent location.
