SCAA Cupping Judge & “Q“Grader Exam Course

Using SCAA standards and “Q” Program to calibrate the world’s coffee professionals.

This five day learning course is based on sensory aptitude, taste tests and aroma exercises that give you the language and context for grading and tasting specialty coffee. The Cupping Judge course offers training for the 20+ exams administered during the week, participants in the Cupping Judge Course will stay and add the final exam for the “Q” Test and earn dual certification.
