Pioneer runs two commercially focused classes. Introduction to Espresso which runs for a duration of 2.5 hrs. Topics covered include coffee beans, the grinder and grinding coffee, pouring the perfect espresso, espresso evaluation, texturing milk, the coffee menu and daily maintenance. Course Two, Intermediate Barista, Duration 2.5 hrs, Covering advanced pouring methods, dosing techniques, Grinder adjusting and basic latte Art.

All classes are run be a certified trainer and the current 2009 Australian and Qld Barista Champion, Tim Adams.
