European Foods Coffee Education Centre was set up in 1999 to cater for the demand in coffee training in Western Australia and has continued to develop a range of equipment and courses suited for coffee enthusiasts and professional baristas alike. The Education Centre provides a range of courses including the nationally accredited SITHFAB012A Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee and also offers support for competition baristas, we have two Simonelli Aurelia Competition espresso machines and a wealth of knowledge with qualified judges and competition experience, including the 2008 Australian Cupping Champion, Catherine Ferrari (Natale).
